No driver found — what should I do?

If no driver is found within 5 minutes, your request becomes public to all drivers. You can raise your offered price to attract more drivers, or cancel and create a new request.

How do I pay?

Safaro currently accepts cash, Uzcard and Humo cards. Payment is made at the start or end of the trip, as agreed with the driver.

How do I delete my account?

Go to the 'Delete Account' page and confirm your phone number with an SMS code.

How do I register as a driver?

Download the app, select 'Driver' mode and provide details about your vehicle and documents. Once approved by our team, you can start accepting orders.
